Pain and Posture Half Day

Our time together will be 4-5 hours. This might seem like a lot, but remember: I am doing a full assessment and we are going to create a custom plan for YOU.


Intake and Breathing + Physical Assessments
This is where I’ll ask you questions about your pain, how you sit throughout the day, your activity, health history, etc. We’ll also go into how you breath, your posture, and other physical assessments so I can give you the proper next steps.

Yoga Therapy Practice
In the second half of our time together, based on the previous assessments, you and I will do some yoga therapy together! You’ll learn how to breath, strengthen, stretch…and relax!

We’ll talk about hacks and routines, sequence delivery, and I’ll explain and model any suggested modifications to make this practice easy and consistent in your life.

Stress Relief Exercises Half Day

Our time together will be 4-5 hours. This might seem like a lot, but remember: I am doing a full assessment, and we are going to do some live exercises to relieve stress now. And teach you how to do it yourself for years to come.


Intake Assessment and Tremors
This is where I’ll ask questions about your stress, health history, and other stress-related questions. We’ll go over suggested routines and the hacks you need to implement them into your everyday life easily. Together, we’ll practice the routine so you get a good feel for it.

Tremors Practice
This is a full-on tremors session. I’ll guide you through the benefits and we’ll get started with some exercises to induce tremors and tremor. We’ll end with a relaxation session called yoga Nidra. (a deep guided relaxation designed to put you (almost) to sleep.)

By the end, you’ll know how to do all this at home, with everything you need to implement into your everyday life easily.

Instead, it’s just simple + small changes in life like doing 5 breaths before coffee or 10 breaths and before bed. Or 10 hip rotations right after your bathroom break.

In short, I want to give you easy-to-do and easy-to-remember tasks that will actually change your life without disturbing it.

My goal is for you to be independent of me so you can progress easily on your own.

Science shows that there is an intricate and often inseparable relationship between the body and the mind, and how these two units act as one. The field of psychosomatic medicine investigates the embodied manifestations of psychological processes.

That’s where yoga therapy and stress release exercises come in. Both are a total body-mind approach.

With yoga therapy and stress release exercises, we can focus on the sensations of the body, slow down our mind, and finally understand the connection between the two. So we can begin to relieve stress, eliminate aches and pains, and heal.

Why I’m uniquely qualified

Although I wish I’d gotten into yoga at a younger age, the truth is I only started because I was grieving the death of my father, anxious + sleep deprived from work and motherhood, and in a constant state of aches and pains.

Being a Human Resources manager specializing in Health and Safety at Work and Ergonomics… I knew I had a lot of posture-related issues from a bad work environment. After all, it was my job to help people recognize that for themselves and teach them how to alleviate all that.

So, I got into yoga and by 2013, had become certified to teach by the World Yoga Alliance.

Fast forward to today, I’ve helped hundreds of people from finance, HR, government, and other high stress professions get their life and body back with yoga therapy.
